President
Mr. Hoyt has been practicing law since 1977, and represents individuals and corporations on a variety of legal matters. His areas of practice and expertise are in Wills, Successions & Estate Planning, and Tax Law. Mr. Hoyt's experience in working at the National Office of the IRS, serving as a director of a publicly traded company, and decades of involvement in conservation organizations gives him the knowledge and foresight to develop trusted projects for clients and partners.

André Williams
Vice President of Compliance
Mr. Williams has over 25 years of experience in public relations, and developing strategic partnerships. He served as Outreach Coordinator for the Louisiana Coastal Wetlands Planning Protection and Restoration Act, and has consulted on various issues for several different stakeholders in the environmental sector. Mr. Williams' experience in working closely with the State of Louisiana, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, EPA, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and USGS gives landowners confidence when developing projects.

Tammy Sonnier
Secretary
Ms. Sonnier has over 40 years of experience assisting attorneys and clients in the legal field. She serves as the Secretary for Biome Stewardship Foundation, and manages all correspondence on reports, certificates and other documentation for projects. Ms Sonnier's extensive experience in both legal matters and client management assures professional and efficient communications with consultants, landowners, government agencies and all other partners.
